CB-1000 is low-smoking, halogen-free polyolefin cross-linked heat shrinkable tubing that is designed to meet the specialized requirements of the automotive industry. It has good resistance to oil and is an excellent insulator. This material is very flexible and has excellent mechanical strength, so it is suitable for a wide range of applications including automotive oil pipes, electronics insulation, wire protection, and any place protection is needed in extreme environments. Low Shrink Temperature Heat Shrinkable Tubing CB-HFT (LS)

Material: Radiation cross-linked polyolefin material modified special Contraction ratio: 2: 1

Features:

  • In low temperatures can quickly contraction (shrinkage starting temperature 65 ℃, full recovery temperature 95 ℃);
  • halogen-free environment, low smoke, the product complies “RoHS”, “REACH”, “SONY” environmental standards;
  • soft, flexible;
  • Products meet UL224 VW-1 flammability rating and F-mark certified flammability rating;
  • products through the UL125 ℃ (E180908) certification; Excellent insulation, heat resistance and voltage performance.

CB-HFT (LS) is halogen-free, highly flexible, low shrink temperature and flame-retardant polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing. A 90℃ shrink temperature can reduce the operation time and the risk of damage to temperature sensitive components. CB-HFT (LS) is an excellent choice for identifying wire and cable bundles, wire terminals and components. Shrinking starts at 65℃, and completes at 95℃.
